Cleveland Browns: Preseason Week 3

8-25-11     vs. Philadelphia     L, 24-14     1-2 (Preseason)

Recap in a Sentence:
Facing the self-proclaimed "Dream Team" in the City of Brotherly Love, the Browns were doomed by a plethora of turnovers, penalties, and special teams mistakes.
Player of the Game:
Phil Taylor - 1 tackle, 1 sack, 1 fumble forced
During the 1st half, Taylor, Cleveland's 1st round draft pick, terrorized the Eagles' backfield.  Taylor was so dominant that, when the 2nd quarter ended, Michael Vick, Philly's star quarterback, gave the big defensive lineman a congratulatory fist bump.
Play of the Game:
Seneca Wallace's 17-yard TD pass to Alex Smith in the 3rd quarter
Trailing 24-0, the Browns' offense finally reached pay dirt midway through the 3rd stanza.  Wallace rolled right and fired an erratic pass toward the end zone.  The throw deflected off the hands of Demetrius Williams, who was reaching behind his body, and into the hands of Smith.
Colt McCoy struggled for the 1st time this preseason
